Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nueranya, a unit of Tirae Ecoventures. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Products

All teas and infusions sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a wrong or damaged item being delivered.
This is due to the perishable and consumable nature of tea products, where hygiene and freshness are of utmost importance.

2. Returnable Products (Add-Ons Only)

Items such as tea accessories, infusers, storage jars, and gift boxes (“Add-Ons”) are eligible for replacement only if:

• The product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
• The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You provide clear photo/video evidence via email or WhatsApp.
• All approved replacement / exchanges will be completed and delivered within 15 business days.

Return Process:

• The customer must send the damaged item back to us at their own cost.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct a quality check.
• If approved, we will initiate a replacement.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for broken add-ons unless we are unable to replace the item.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is applicable (in rare exceptions, or if a replacement is not possible):

• The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the third-party payment gateway, but typically takes 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
